Life is Good!

I was driving home from work this week and saw a spare tire cover that read "Life is Good." And my immediate thought was yes, life is good. My life is good. I have had a good week and I feel good. I have a great wife and great kids. But my thoughts quickly went to my normal reaction. I only think that life is good when things are easy or I feel good about them. And so I found myself thinking more about the idea of life and goodnes.

And the longer I meditated on that, the more I thought about life at a greater level. Not just he here and now, but the eternal. Not just my life, but life in general. In Genesis, God made all kinds of life and each and every time He said that "it is good." God thinks that life is good. That is really cool.

So I find myself in agreement. Life is good. Even when I won't feel like it, life is good. Life is much greater and grander than the scope in which I live it. It exists all over this planet in as many ways as the mind can fathom. Life is good.
